Adventures at the Zoo

Today Jasmine and I went to the zoo. My friend Jennifer convinced me to go on such a big outing and said she would hold my hand if things went south with little girl. So funny enough we all met up at the zoo entrance about 20 minutes late. There were 7 kiddos. How fun is that! We all started out together, but then we slowly branched off into little groups. I was with Jennifer, Billy and Michelle as we went on a train ride to end our fun trip. Now I must tell you that there was one funny incident . . . an adventure in nursing in the what was supposed to be empty bat cave! Yikes! Other than that things went very well and Jasmine did SO good. She is getting to be such a big girl and was so pleasant even with the heat and skipped nap. She had a good time but was ready to sleep all the way home. Next time we will visit the zoo in the fall when the weather is much cooler. Tomorrows adventure -- Jasmine tastes her first fruit . . . peaches. Yum! Yum!
