A lot to catch you up on . . .

Well I would like to report that I have kicked the cold, but I still got a tiny bit of it. I am glad that I am in much much better shape than before. My mom and mom in law also shared this yuck with me. Jeremy had his own yuck starting on December 23rd and it continued through the Christmas holiday . . . none other than food poisoning. He is better now and the house is pretty much back to normal. I thought I would catch you up with all the happenings over the past week or so.

Jeremy's cousin Ken from Michigan got stuck in Houston for an extra night, so we got to visit and have coffee mess (combination of coffee, biscuit, and gravy) with breakfast . . . okay not all of us . . . definetly not me!

Ken's granddaughter, Jaysha (I know I am messing up the spelling on this). She was so cute and enjoyed playing with Jasmine.

Got milk? Jasmine has been scarfing down whole cow's milk. The transition has been great for her and the weaning for me was a little sad, but now I have moved past it.
Here is Jasmine with her Christmas Eve outfit. She just steals my heart. Jasmine, Amachi and I got dressed up and went to Christmas Eve service without Jeremy (since he was under the weather). :(
Jeremy and Jasmine on Christmas morning. Jasmine liked the tissue paper better than anything else!
Jasmine, Jeremy, Grandma, Pa Paw, and Amachi on Christmas Day. We roasted a chicken with rosemary. It was a fun low key time with family.

Jasmine and my dear friend Arti visiting from Seattle. Me and Arti go way back . . . oh those fun college days!

A dinner party at my cousin Alex and Olivia's house. We had such fun with family and feasted on Olivia's fantastic meal.
Jasmine eating a baby cracker . . . she is such a big girl!
