Bluebonnet Adventure

You might be saying that you already saw pics of us in the bluebonnets last week . . . well yes, but I wanted to go again. Last year we didn't get any pics, so this year we had to go twice. :) We got our great friends Jody, Donny and Cole to come along for the fun. We went to our favorite place - Going west on 290, take a left onto FM 577 (I think this is the first or second signal light as you enter Brenham). After taking a left proceed down the road and then take a right at the end. We park in the middle of the road on the red brick and then get out and take pics. It is a nice place that is safe to park at unlike HWY 290 and no one is ever there. Check it out!

I had seen this diner and wanted to check it out. It is called the Southern Flyer Diner and it is located at the Brenham Municipal airport. It is a small restaurant and all the waitresses wear poodle skirts (sorry I didn't get a good shot).

At the last minute we decided to go to Blue Bell Creameries for a tour, but found out that they do not have any on Saturdays. I was SO bummed. We did take pictures of the kiddos on the cow though.
