Fuzzies

Inspired by my friend Margaret, I purchased a bag of fuzzy balls for Jasmine. Jazzy immediately wanted to play with them. I got some clear cups and she sorted them by color, we did a little counting and then it was a free for all. I don't know what the excitement is all about, but I am glad she likes them.
Jazzy proud after her sorting

Jasmine gone wild!

This past week, I moved Jasmine to the table without her highchair tray and today I moved her to a booster chair. I figure I will put the highchair up until Seth is ready to use it. I must say that crumbs end up on the floor a lot more, but I guess I can't keep my kid in a highchair forever. Also Jasmine is using a big girl cup during every meal and she is doing awesome! What else is new with Miss Priss . . . well we gave her a pillow finally in her big girl bed (she likes it). Today she wanted to sit on the potty, but there was no action. I am not ready for potty training considering Seth was screaming the entire time I was helping Jazzy on the potty today. Maybe in 2011 . . . just kidding, I think I will start in March or so. As for my ABC crazed child, she is now trying to sound out letters and can tell you sometimes what letter a word starts with if you say it to her. I am so impressed. Jeremy and I decided that she is smarter than we ever were at that age. Well I better get some winks before Seth wakes up.

  1. Glad they were a hit. It's cool that you have different sizes. Ours are all the same. But you can take it to another level and sort by size at some point.

  2. I also did the fuzzies after reading Margaret's blog & Daria loved it. Amazing what entertains children :)
