Seth is 9 months old!

On August 17th, Seth turned 9 months old. He weighs 19 lbs 14.2 oz and 27 1/2 inches long. His head is 44 1/2 inches around. Seth said dada to Jeremy on July 23rd and on July 24th when I was out of town he started to make the ma ma sound. He had his first taste of chicken on August the 4th and first taste of yogurt on the 12th. His first tooth (left bottom) broke through on the 7th. He eats three meals a day, but likes second stage food still. He is still eating pieces of puffs, but gags on them occasionally. He has been showing us his excitement by raising his shoulders and shakes his head real fast. He is SO distracted when nursing . . . he has to look and smile at his sister, father, amachi, cat or anything else that comes in the room. He hates being on his stomach, but loves to sit and play with toys. He has not crawled an inch, but loves to hold on to someone's fingers and walk around. He likes to pull on Max the cat's hair . . . actually he likes my hair and big sister's hair too. He is such a delight. I can't believe he will be a year old in three months. Time is going by too fast!
