Sunday, February 3rd is the first day we saw Jazzy smile . . . or at least that is the day we are putting in the record books. She smiled several times throughout that day and it was magical. Other than that life is settling into a "normal" state. We celebrated Valentine's day on Saturday. Jeremy parent's and my mom watched Jazzy while we went out for sushi at Shogun japanese steakhouse. After that we bought some dinner from HEB and headed home for a nice evening at home with little girl. Romantic evenings at home are different with a baby in the house, but it was nice and we feel so very blessed to have Jasmine with us every day. It helps that she is cute as a button! I am trying to videotape her smiling, but it is hard to catch.
So we have also tried to get back into the swing of things. We went to church service (but stayed in the cry room just in case). We have been out visiting family and friends as well.
Oh how times are different for us . . . I can't imagine what it will be like when Jasmine is mobile. :)
