We got a phone call that my mom's sweet friends were passing through town and wanted to stop by to visit. It was so fun to have them come and gab with us. We ended up having a sleepover too. They were traveling from south Texas back to their home state of Alabama and hit a deer. Praise the Lord that only the front gril of their car got damaged. What a story it was! They also showered us with citrus from the valley. We are still enjoying the grapefruit and oranges that they gave us.

Updates on Miss Priss -- This month her third and fourth teeth on the bottom are coming in and she started to walk. We got her to walk between Jeremy and I. She has not initiated the walking bit on her own, but I am sure that is coming. She is so delightful with all the new things she is doing. She likes to mimic sounds, words, and actions we do. She loves Max and wants him to play with her, but Max is too smart to fall into that trap. Max is waiting for her to grow up and learn the right way to play with a cat.
